Online Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, we value our customers and their support of us.  We hope your purchase is exactly what you wanted and expected.

Online purchases are accepted back for in-store credit or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date, accompanied by the original sales receipt/invoice and diamond certificate (if applicable).  Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise in-store credit.  Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.  Special ordered or custom-made items, and engraved items, may not be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your returned item, store credit will be added to your customer profile in our in-store POS system for future use.  We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in transit, so please make sure all packaging is secure.  Returns may be shipped or returned in person to our store.  If you would like to cancel or change an unproccessed order for any reason, please call us at 920-748-6198, as soon as possible.  We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
